Maintain an effective and efficient Quality Management System based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, API Spec Q1 (Latest Edition) and comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements which shall be monitored and continually improved for effectiveness where required.
Identify and determine all potential risks that can undermine the quality of products and services rendered to customers for all QMS processes and apply adequate mitigation and contingency measures to always ensure customer satisfaction.
Define and implement Quality Objectives for each function that are both achievable and measurable.
Provide adequate resources and training to ensure the development of our employees at all levels within the company.
Do not accept deviations from this policy or wasted resources in any part or aspect of the company.
Review the Quality Policy for continuing suitability at regular intervals and any changes made shall be understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels of the organization.
Strive to apply all efforts with customer focus and strive to continually improve satisfaction from all interested parties including our valued customers.
All employees are directed to comply with the Quality Management System as appropriate to their work activities.
All equipment used in the provision of the service shall be maintained, such that they do not compromise PTI's Quality Policy. Top Management is committed to provide the required resources to fully implement the PTI’s Quality Policy.

Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Policy
Primetech International Co. (PTI) is committed to ensuring a safe and healthful workplace and protecting the environment. We believe protecting environment and maintaining safety will prevent all work-related injuries, illness, property losses and adverse environmental impacts.
To fulfill this commitment PTI shall.
Maintain an effective and efficient Health, Safety & Environmental Management System based on the requirements of ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 and comply with all applicable environmental and safety related statutory and regulatory requirements.
Effectively implement and maintain programs to enhance environmental and safety awareness for all personnel, and to enhance employees understanding of the environmental and safety aspects related to their individual work assignment.
Actively monitor and review systems, processes, health, safety, and environmental aspects to improve performance.
Define and implement Safety & Environmental Objectives for all functions with reasonable and achievable terms.
Strive to prevent and minimize environmental pollution wherever possible through source reduction, reuse, and recycling.
Strive to prevent injuries and ill health by introducing safe work and hygiene practices in the facility.
Seek to minimize the consumption of energy, water, and other natural resources.
Identify and determine all potential risks that can be negatively affect the Health, Safety & Environmental Management System and apply adequate corrective measures to always ensure safety.
